Cargo Liability
We're committed to the safe delivery of your goods. However, it's vital to recognize the boundaries of liability during transit. We hold standard motor carrier insurance, yet specifically high-value items require advanced notification. Don't leave your assets to chance; we always recommend verifying coverage limits before the wheels start spinning. Under standard Bill of Lading terms, our exposure is limited to specific industry caps unless otherwise negotiated in a signed master service agreement.
Shipping Timelines
Why do schedules matter? In the supply chain world, time is literal currency. While we strive for absolute precision, external factors like weather, port congestion, or infrastructure delays can impact the road ahead. You'll receive real-time updates through our tracking portal, but please note that delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed, unless a "Priority Expedite" contract is active. We don't settle for "good enough," but we do respect the unpredictable nature of global logistics.
Payment Terms
Our standard net-30 terms apply to all verified accounts. Prompt payments keep the fleet moving! Late fees of 1.5% may apply to balances exceeding the agreed window.
Equipment Usage
Proper handling of trailers and containers is a shared responsibility. Detention charges may accrue if loading exceeds the 2-hour free window. Efficiency is a team sport.
